Our Journey

Parados Cerebral Solutions Inc. was founded in 2020 and is based in Fredericton, NB, Canada. The founding team is working closely with the Concussion Legacy Foundation of Canada to develop a solution to the concussion epidemic in the military and sports.

Pascal McCarthy

CEO

Pascal is passionate about helping others perform at their best and hopes to do this with Parados by combining degrees in Engineering and Technology Management with his personal experience as a professional athlete.

Nayeli Marcial

Biomedical Advisor

Nayeli enjoys helping people and has a passion for sports and clinical biomechanics. She hopes to improve people’s quality of life with Parados by applying her background in research and engineering.

Alex Tree

Mechatronics Engineering Lead

Alex is an advocate for the benefits of practicing fitness for both physical and mental health. At Parados he hopes to provide health solutions by merging this passion for fitness, with his expertise in hardware and electronics design.

Sean Su

Software Developer

Sean is a recent graduate of York Universities Electrical Engineering program. At Parados he hopes to provide his expertise on software development to help further develop health related applications that impact many people on a large scale.

Ben Velazquez

Advisor

Ben is an award-winning, nationally recognized strength and conditioning coach and the expert in concussion exercise solutions. He is the founding partner and director of Human Performance of Sports Lab NYC LLC and President of Grey Matters Sports Group.

Tim Fleiszer

Advisor

Tim Fleiszer is a former professional Canadian football player for the CFL. Throughout his ten-year career, Fleiszer was passionate about his involvement in community building initiatives. He is now executive director of the Concussion Legacy Foundation Canada.
